If your computer does not have a wireless network card, the hotel has a limited supply of DeskBridges which can be rented at the front desk. DeskBridges are compatible with all computers. Guest Printing Services are provided by PrinterOn. Documents and web pages print from your notebook to the hotel printer. Go to www.printeron.net/daysinn/chicago. Documents can be retrieved from the front desk. The clerk will ask you for a reference number. Each page is $1.00.A lobby computer is available for all guests to use. Access is fairly limited as we’ve been forced to add strict security settings. |
Meeting Rooms and Facilities - General |
The Days Inn Chicago’s state-of-the-art meeting facilities are ideal for parties as well as for business meetings. The total space is 1350 square feet (59’ long X 23’wide) and the room accommodates up to 50 people. About one-third of the total area consists of a hardwood floor, which allows for dancing or can be set up for seating. Several set ups such as basic classroom, boardroom, U-shape/open house, and theater style are possible. For catered events we suggest round tables. Hotel Meeting Facilities Rental Rates |
Two Hour Rental - $100 The rental rates depend on the number of attendees, time frame and number of guest rooms booked with the hotel. Above rates do not include a 3.5 % meeting room tax. |

Parties & Receptions |
The room charge for a Friday or Saturday afternoon/evening party is $500. A security deposit of $250 is required unless the group has five or more sleeping rooms booked. The hotel will provide linens at no extra charge. The rental of dishes, glassware and tableware is $5.00 per person. The total number of attendees may not exceed 50 people. |
Damages |
Any damage to or loss of Days Inn Chicago fixtures, furniture, equipment or property by the booking party shall be the sole responsibility of the booking party. Appropriate charges will be assessed. |
Food and Beverage |
The hotel will provide water, coffee, and tea at no extra charge. Soda can be obtained for $1.25 per can. The cost for a continental breakfast is $4.95 + tax per person. This includes two pastries per person (choose from donuts, muffins, bagels, or Danishes) and fresh squeezed orange juice.Guests may bring their own food and beverages. We have a large assortment of menus from various caterers. We will be happy to forward these to you. Liquor may not be sold on the premises. Please note that the continental breakfast provided daily in the breakfast room is for hotel guests renting sleeping rooms only. Should your guests visit the breakfast area, appropriate charges will be posted to your account. |
Audio Visual Equipment |
The hotel offers a wide array of equipment to enhance your meetings. There is a base cost of $25.00 for any audio/visual equipment rental. This covers the set up and usage of the machines. While the guest is using the machines, the guest is responsible for damage that happens to the machine from sources other than regular use. All meetings that request audio/visual set-up require a credit card to guarantee the equipment. The following is a list of available equipment:

Price Changes |
Prices are subject to change. However, we will honor all existing contracts at the original price. |
Guarantees |
A meeting or function is considered tentative until we receive the signed contract. All contracts must include a valid credit card with an expiration date past the date of the event. For guests paying by credit card, the hotel will obtain authorization for the total amount due 72 hours prior to the event. The day of the event the charges will be posted. For guests paying by check, a valid credit card must be on file. The total amount due must be received by the hotel in the form of a business or personal check a minimum of 15 days prior to the event. A tentative booking may be canceled by the hotel in place of a confirmed event. Direct billing with the Days Inn Chicago may be set up. Please allow for at least 14 working days for direct billing approval. |
Cancellations |
Should you find it necessary to cancel the event, please do so at least 15 days prior. If you cancel less than 15 days prior to the event the entire cost of the function will be charged to the guest. The Days Inn Chicago reserves the right to cancel the event at any time without notice or liability, If guest fails to make the required deposits, to observe the rules and regulations of the hotel, or if the nature of the event is not acceptable to the hotel.
